We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 8 September 2025 in relation to the Vessel Disposal (“the Announcement”). The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, bear the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement, where applicable.

The Board of Directors of LFG wishes to announce that the Vessel Disposal was completed on 6 October 2025 following the successful handover of the vessel to the Purchaser.
