The Board of Directors of Volcano Berhad ("the Company') is pleased to recommend a final single tier dividend of 0.20 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2025. The aforesaid dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The details of the entitlement and payment date of the aforesaid dividend will be determined and announced at a later date.
