Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 August 2024, 28 November 2024, 23 December 2024, 13 February 2025, 26 March 2025, 31 July 2025 and 22 August 2025 respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has received an update from its solicitor on 3 October 2025 regarding the Court’s approval in respect of the other defendant request to vacate the trial date on 3 December 2025. 

The remaining trial dates remain unchanged.

The Company will make further announcement as and when deemed appropriate regarding any developments in this matter.
