Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ITMAX is pleased to announce that Southmax Sdn. Bhd., a 65%-owned subsidiary of ITMAX, had on 22 September 2025 received and accepted the Letter of Acceptance dated 22 September 2025 (“LOA”) awarded by Majlis Perbandaran Batu Pahat (hereinafter referred to as “MPBP”) for the provision of installation and rental services for a closed-circuit camera system with Artificial Intelligence features, Panic Button and Smart Traffic Light, as well as the setting up of the Batu Pahat Smart Integrated Operations Centre in MPBP area for a contract period of 180 months commencing from 1 September 2025, for a contract sum of RM50,973,656.00 only (inclusive of service taxes).
