1.The expected commencement date of the Works Contract

The Works Contract is expected to commence from 17 September 2025 and complete within 41 calendar weeks, or on or before 1 July 2026.

2.The effects of the Works Contract on earning per share, net assets per share and gearing

The Works Contract will not have any effect on the issued share capital of the Company, substantial shareholders' shareholdings in the Company, net assets, gearing and earnings per share of the Group.
