Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company’s announcements dated 26 August 2025 and 8 September 2025 in relation to the Proposed Listing (“Announcements”).

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the following applications in relation to the Proposed Listing have been submitted to the relevant authorities on 12 September 2025:

(a) the application for the Proposed Listing has been submitted to Bursa Securities;

(b) the application for the resultant equity structure of EIP has been submitted to the Equity Compliance Unit of the Securities Commission Malaysia; and

(c) the application for the allocation of IPO Shares to Bumiputera investors to be approved by MITI has been submitted to MITI.
