We refer to the Company’s Announcements dated 17 December 2024, 23 January 2025, 30 May 2025 and 30 June 2025 in relation to ALSREIT's non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (MMLR) of Bursa Malaysia Securities ("Bursa Securities") ("Public Spread Requirement").
The Public Shareholding Spread of ALSREIT as at 30 June 2025 was as follows :
- Percentage of public shareholdings - 15.90
- Number of Shares held by public - 92,223,858
As at the date of this Announcement, ALSREIT is continuously exploring various options to meet the shortfall in the public shareholding spread.
