Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 August 2024, 28 November 2024, 23 December 2024, 13 February 2025, 26 March 2025 and 31 July 2025 respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 August 2025 received a letter dated 21 August 2025 from the Court notifying a change to the previously fixed trial dates in respect of the ongoing Case Management.

The trial dates originally scheduled for 1 December 2025 and 8 December 2025 have now been vacated. The remaining trial dates remain unchanged.

The Company will make further announcement as and when deemed appropriate regarding any developments in this matter.
