Puan Puteri Liza Elli Sukma ("Pn. Puteri Liza") holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of New South Wales, Australia, and is a member of the Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand.
Pn. Puteri Liza has 25 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Organisational Realignment, Procurement and Audit. She began her career as an Auditor in KPMG Melbourne, Australia in 1994.
In 1997, she joined PETRONAS Corporate Finance Division and held various managerial positions throughout her 20-year tenure with the PETRONAS Group of Companies. She was appointed as Senior Manager in Petroliam Nasional Berhad in 2001 and in PETRONAS Gas Berhad in 2007. From 2010 to 2013, she served as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of PETRONAS Trading Corporation Sdn. Bhd., before assuming the role of CFO at PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad from 2014 to 2017.
