We refer to the Company’s announcement dated  1 July 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“the Announcement”). The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, bear the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement, where applicable.

The Board of Directors of LFG wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal was completed on 12 August 2025 following the successful delivery and handover of the vessel to the Purchaser.
