Reference is made to the announcements dated 24 April 2025 and 23 June 2025 in relation to the Proposed Investments (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the SSA and the Subscription Agreement have become unconditional in accordance with their respective terms and conditions on 11 August 2025 as set out in the SSA and the Subscription Agreement respectively.

Accordingly, the Proposed Investments have also been completed on 11 August 2025.
