The Board of Directors of PANDA (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 7 August 2025 officiated a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Tianjin Master Logistics Equipment Co,. Ltd. (“TIANJIN MASTER”) whereby TIANJIN MASTER agrees to appoint the Company as its System Implementer for the deployment, implementation, and support of its solutions and systems in Malaysia, which is expected to be mutually beneficial to both Parties.

(PANDA and TIANJIN MASTER shall collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”)
