Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ITMAX is pleased to announce that Selmax Sdn. Bhd. (“Selmax”), a 70%-owned subsidiary of ITMAX, had on 31 July 2025 received and accepted the Letter of Appointment and Supplemental Letter of Appointment dated 1 July 2025 and 30 July 2025 respectively (“LOAs”) awarded by Majlis Bandaraya Subang Jaya (hereinafter referred to as “MBSJ”) to be the Selangor Intelligent Parking (“SIP”) operator and parking compounds management for the gazetted car park spaces in the areas under the jurisdiction of MBSJ for a contract period of 10 years with an option to extend for an additional five (5) years, subject to MBSJ’s assessment.

Selmax and MBSJ, together with Rantaian Mesra Sdn. Bhd. will execute and enter into a tripartite agreement in respect to the SIP operation in the areas under MBSJ’s purview.
