Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the circular to the unitholders of Al-`Aqar dated 10 June 2025 in relation to the Proposed Lease Renewal.

We refer to the announcement dated 27 March 2025 and the circular of the unitholders of Al-`Aqar dated 10 June 2025 in relation to the Proposed Lease Renewal.

On behalf of the Board, KAF IB wishes to announce that the conditions stated in Appendix V of the Circular have been fulfilled. The lease arrangement pursuant to the Lease Renewal Agreements of KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital (Old Building, New Building and Vacant Land), KPJ Healthcare University, KPJ International College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and Taiping Medical Centre and TMC Health Centre will commence on 1 August 2025.

The commencement date for the Lease Renewal Agreement in relation to the KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital (Old Building) will be announced in due course.
