Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 August 2024, 28 November 2024, 23 December 2024, 13 February 2025 and 26 March 2025 respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that it received an update from its solicitor on 31 July 2025 regarding the Case Management (“CM”) held on 21 July 2025. The key updates from the CM are as follows:

(1) During the CM, Plaintiff raised an objection against other defendant’s filing of an additional bundle of documents. However, after explanation, the Judge allowed the documents to be admitted. No further document to be filed;

(2) The Court has directed that Witness Statement are to be filed by 17 November 2025, following which the matter will set for trial; and

(3) The previously fixed trial dates remain unchanged.

The Company will make further announcement as and when deemed appropriate regarding any developments in this matter.
