Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ITMAX is pleased to announce that Southmax Sdn. Bhd., a 65%-owned subsidiary of ITMAX, had on 31 July 2025 received and accepted the Letter of Acceptance dated 25 July 2025 (“LOA”) awarded by Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru (hereinafter referred to as “MBJB”) for the provision of traffic management services, including surveillance, repair and maintenance of smart traffic light system services in MBJB area on a monthly subscription basis for a contract period of 240 months commencing 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2045, for a contract sum of RM145,000,000.00 only.
