We refer to the announcements dated 23 July 2025 and 28 July 2025 in relation to the Issuance of RCPS-i. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.

The Board wishes to announce that the Conditions Precedent set out in the Subscription Agreement have been duly fulfilled. Accordingly, the Subscription Agreement has become unconditional in accordance with its terms and conditions on 30 July 2025.
