We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 23 July 2025, in respect of the aforesaid matter.


In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1. The conversion price or conversion rate of the RCPS-i and basis thereof.

2. The conversion period. 

3. The number of new securities in ECH that will be issued upon full conversion of the RCPS-i (“Full Conversion”).

4. EMCC’s percentage of shareholding in ECH upon Full Conversion.

5. Ranking of the new ECH shares arising from the conversion of RCPS-i. 

6. Details of the “conversion events” as stipulated in Section 2.1 of the announcement.
