The Board of Directors of Infoline is pleased to announce that Infoline IT Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“Infoline IT”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 23 July 2025 entered into a MOU with University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering (“UNIMY”) to foster and strengthen educational value and collaboration in the Information Technology world and to establish a basis of co-operation and collaboration between Infoline IT and UNIMY.
