Further to our announcements made on 20 February 2023, 28 February 2023, 30 May 2023, 30 August 2023, 27 November 2023, 28 February 2024, 31 May 2024, 30 August 2024, 28 November 2024, 28 February 2025 and 30 May 2025 respectively pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between Fabulous Sunview and Huawei to collaborate in the field of new business development such as but not limited to the introduction of Electric Vehicle Charging, Microgrid, Telecommunications Site Modernization and Energy Storage solutions on a non exclusive basis ("MOU"), the Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to announce that Fabulous Sunview and Huawei have mutually agreed to extend the terms of the MOU to 13 February 2026.

All other provisions of the MOU shall remain the same and be in full force and effect.

The Company will make the appropriate announcement on any new development to the MOU, if any.
