The Board of Directors ('Board") of Prolintas Managers Sdn Bhd ("Trustee-Manager") on behalf of Prolintas Infra BT wishes to announce that the Board has deliberated and resolved to abolish the Interim Executive Management Team following the appointment of Encik Mohamad Idros bin Mosin as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 21 July 2025.
