Subsequent to the Announcements, the Board of Directors of RAMSSOL wishes to announce the additional information in relation to the Proposed Disposal, as follows:-

Ms. Zuria Hajar binti Mohd Adnan’s direct and/or indirect shareholdings in SAGTEC.

As at the LPD, the direct shareholdings of Ms. Zuria Hajar binti Mohd Adnan is 170,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.35% of the issued and paid-up capital in SAGTEC and she does not hold any indirect shareholdings in SAGTEC.
