The Board of Directors of Bina Darulaman Berhad ("BDB") wishes to announce that on 25 June 2025, BDB has entered into a Joint Venture cum Shareholders Agreement ("JVSA") with Energise Sdn Bhd ("Energise") with detailed information as attached.

The Company will provide regular updates on the progress of the JVSA.
