Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 14 March 2025 in relation to the change of its financial year end from 31 March 2025 to 30 June 2025. 

The Board of Directors of IHB wishes to announce that the application for extension of time up to 31 December 2025 to hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016 has been approved by CCM on 11 July 2025 .
