Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 9 May 2025 in relation to the resignation of ChengCo PLT as the Auditors of EMCC. 

The Board of Directors of EMCC wishes to announce that Crowe Malaysia PLT (AF 1018), having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 3 July 2025 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
