Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 13 January 2025, 6 March 2025 and 30 April 2025 (jointly referred to as "Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement. 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that during the Case Management on 1 July 2025, the Court has given orders and directions that an application to intervene by the Estate of Puan Lim Siew Kim (represented by their Administrators - Dato' Satharuban Sivasubramaniam and Khoo Siew Kiat) is allowed. 

Pursuant to the above, all the interveners (Concrete Parade, Fun Sheung Development and the Estate of Puan Lim Siew Kim) shall now file their respective affidavits in accordance with the timelines of the Rules of Court 2012. The parties shall file their respective Written Submissions by 2 October 2025.

The Company further wishes to inform that the hearing for the above matter is fixed on 21 October 2025. 

Further announcements on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia where necessary.
