On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that Nestcon and Nestcity Cemerlang Sdn Bhd had on 1 July 2025 agreed to extend the conditional period of the SPA for the Proposed Acquisition, from 1 July 2025 to 1 October 2025.
