As the Company has successfully complied with Rule 3.21(1)(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) whereby the Company must maintain the services of a Sponsor for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the Official List of Bursa Securities, TA Securities Holdings Berhad shall cease to act as the Sponsor of the Company with effect from 1 July 2025
