We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 27 June 2023, 30 August 2023, 27 November 2023, 28 February 2024, 31 May 2024, 30 August 2024, 28 November 2024, 28 February 2025 and 30 May 2025 respectively pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) entered into between Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd. (“Fabulous Sunview”) and Yayasan Hijau Malaysia (“YHM”) to work together by combining their respective skills, knowledge and expertise in the field of green technology and environment with the intent to jointly undertake a campaign. The Board of Directors of Sunview (“Board”) wishes to announce that following the expiry of the MOU on 26 June 2025 and with no agreement to extend it, the MOU has lapsed and is deemed terminated with immediate effect (“Termination”).

The Termination is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.

The Termination is not subject to the approval of the Company’s shareholders and/or any regulatory authorities.

None of the Directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Termination.

The Board, having taken into consideration all aspects of the Termination, is of the opinion that the Termination is made in the best interests of the Company.
