Reference is made to the announcement dated 24 April 2025 in relation to the Proposed Investments (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Binastra had on, 23 June 2025, entered into the following documents in respect of the Proposed Investments:

1. Supplemental letter agreement dated 23 June 2025 with PCH to extend the cut-off date for the fulfilment of the relevant conditions precedent under the SSA which remain unfulfilled to 23 August 2025; and
2. Supplemental letter agreement dated 23 June 2025 with LF Lansen and PCH to extend the cut-off date for the fulfilment of the relevant conditions precedent under the Subscription Agreement which remain unfulfilled to 23 August 2025.
