Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 12 June 2024, 12 September 2024, 12 December 2024, 14 March 2025 and 30 May 2025 in relation to the MOU between Agmo Studio Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and SNS Network (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of SNS Network Technology Berhad (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to announce that the Parties have mutually agreed to extend the timeline for the finalisation and execution of the definitive agreement by an additional one (1) year, up to 11 June 2026.
