On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that, pursuant to Rule 9.32(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements, Bursa Securities had resolved to approve the extension of time of approximately 2 months from 3 May 2025 until 30 June 2025 to submit the draft circular in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
