Unless otherwise stated, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement made by the Company dated 3 June 2025 in relation to the Partnership Agreement with Synlan Technology Pte. Ltd. ("Agreement") ("Announcement").
Subsequent to the Announcement, the Board of Directors of RAMSSOL wishes to announce the additional information in relation to the Agreement, as follows:-
Amount committed by RAMSSOL
RAMSSOL has committed a total of USD4,000,000 or equivalent to approximately RM16.8 million for reselling of Products in the following schedule as set out in the Agreement:-
