The Board of Directors of RAMSSOL is pleased to announce that the Company had on 30 May 2025 entered into a Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) with Synlan Technology Pte. Ltd. (“Synlan”) for the appointment of RAMSSOL as a distributor, reseller to resell, market and support those of Synlan’s Artificial Intelligence software products through iFLYTEK Open Platform in Asia, subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement.
