We refer to the announcements made on 24 October 2024, 28 October 2024, 25 November 2024 and 5 May 2025 (“Announcements”) in relation to amongst others, the Proposed Private Placement. For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 14 May 2025, approved EMCC’s application for an extension of time of 6 months up to 24 November 2025 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
