Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 13 May 2024,13 August 2024,13 November 2024 and 13 February 2025 in relation to the MOU between Agmo Studio Sdn. Bhd. ("Agmo Studio"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Koperasi Profesion Teknologi Berhad (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. 

The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to announce that the MOU, which is set to expire on 13 May 2025, will not be extended and will be deemed terminated on 13 May 2025 as there was no material development in the collaboration. No definitive agreement has been entered into between Agmo Studio and Koperasi Profesion Teknologi Berhad pursuant to the MOU.
