We refer to the announcements dated 30 August 2024, 22 November 2024, 25 November 2024, 31 December 2024, 3 January 2025, 27 January 2025 and 31 January 2025 in relation to, inter-alia, the Non-Related Party Acquisitions.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that following the receipt of the approval of the Labuan Financial Services Authority for the change in the shareholding in ICON Waja via its decision letter dated 9 May 2025, the SSPA 3 has become unconditional.

The Company will announce the status of the SSPA 1 in due course.
