The Board of Directors of JLG REIT Managers Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad), the management company of Al-`Aqar, wishes to announce that Al-`Aqar intends to seek its unitholders' approval for the Proposed RRPT Mandate at its the forthcoming Thirteenth (13th) Annual General Meeting.

The circular on the Proposed RRPT Mandate will be issued to the unitholders of Al-`Aqar in due course.
