OCK wishes to announce the Company's application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) to seek approval from the CCM for an Extension of Time of up to 4 December 2025 to hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act, 2016 (“the Application”) has been approved.
