OCK wishes to announce the Company's application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) to seek approval from the CCM for an Extension of Time of up to 30 June 2025 to hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act, 2016 (“the Application”) has been approved.
