The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of shareholders for the Proposed Authority for Purchase of Own Shares by the Company ("Proposed Authority on Share Buy-Back") at the forthcoming 5th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be convened on a date to be announced later.

The Statement detailing the Proposed Authority on Share Buy-Back will be issued together with the Annual Report 2024 in due course.
