Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 29 October 2024 and 28 January 2025 in relation to the MOU between Agmo Studio Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and YYC GST Consultants Sdn. Bhd. (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to announce that there has been no material development to the MOU since the Announcement.
