The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking the shareholders’ approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Third Annual General Meeting of the Company :-

i) Proposed New and Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature;  
ii) Share Buy-Back Statement in Relation to the Proposed Authority for the Company to purchase its own ordinary shares of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company; and

iii) Proposed Variation and Extension of Timeframe for the Utilisation of Proceeds raised from the Initial Public Offering

The Circular to Shareholders of Kitacon containing the details in relation to the above proposals will be dispatched to Shareholders of the Company in due course.
