The Board of Directors of RGTECH wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval in respect of the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue and/or Trading Nature (“Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to Shareholders on the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate will be announced and published on the Company’s website in due course.
