The Board of Directors of RAMSSOL (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Geekstart Company Limited, an indirect subsidiary of the Company ("Geekstart"), had on 22 April 2025 entered into a Strategic Partnership with King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (“KMITL”) to collaborate and act as a central unit for the development of Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) and digital technology solutions to serve the government sector and private organisations in Thailand and aboard (“Proposed Partnership”), subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Strategic Partnership Agreement.
