The Board of Directors of the Company had approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 31 December 2024 to 31 March 2025. Following the change of financial year end, the next set of audited financial statements shall be made up for a period of 15 months from 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2025. 

The change of financial year end is to streamline the financial and operational processes of the Company and its subsidiaries.
