Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 1 April 2024, 1 July 2024 and 1 October 2024 in relation to the MOU between Jom eInvoice Sdn. Bhd. ("Jom eInvoice"), an indirect 52.5% owned subsidiary of the Company and MSC Trustgate.com Sdn. Bhd. (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to announce that the MOU, which is set to expire on 31 March 2025, will not be extended and will be deemed terminated on 31 March 2025 as there was no material development in the collaboration. No definitive agreement has been entered into between Jom eInvoice and MSC Trustgate.com Sdn. Bhd. pursuant to the MOU.
