The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Scanwolf Builders Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Scanwolf Development Sdn. Bhd.), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of the Company, has on 24 March 2025 accepted the letter of award dated 14 March 2025 from Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd. sub-contract for 10,578.96KWP solar supply in relation to solar photovoltaic facility installed on, inter alia, the rooftop and parking facilities at University Malaysia Sabah at Jalan UMS, 88400 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
