Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 20 January 2025, 21 January 2025, 10 February 2025, 20 February 2025 and 28 February 2025 in relation to the Offer.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company had on 14 March 2025 received a press notice from Maybank Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Offeror and the Joint Ultimate Offerors, informing that the Offer has closed at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysia time) on Friday, 14 March 2025 ("Revised Closing Date").

In accordance with Paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the level of acceptances of the Offer as at the Revised Closing Date is set out in the attachment.
