The Board of Directors of Encorp wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking its shareholders' approval for the  Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed RRPT Mandate") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A circular in relation to the Proposed RRPT Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
